I am Ania, a certified yoga teacher with over eight years of dedicated study in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I deliver accessible, uplifting, and grounding yoga experiences, with a speciality in workplace yoga that helps teams restore focus, release stress, and strengthen connection. I work with leading clients such as HOK Architecture Practice, providing ongoing sessions that support employee wellbeing.
