Prices are per session. We do not charge VAT. Prices listed are for groups of up to 30 people. For larger groups, please enquire.

Sound Healing

Deep relaxation through the transformative power of sound.
Using crystal singing bowls, rain stick, koshi chimes, rattles and ocean drum I create gentle sound vibrations that calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote emotional balance.

In these guided sessions, I will introduce you to a variety of meditation styles — focusing on the breath as a centering anchor, using sound to deepen presence, and practicing visualisations that gently occupy mental chatter so the mind can drop into stillness. We will also explore the art of meditating in silence, creating space to journey inward and connect with your deepest self.

Breathwork is another powerful element of this practice. Since no single method fits all, we will explore different techniques so you can find the approach that resonates best with your body and mind. These breathing practices can unlock deep realisations, and shift stagnant energy — opening the way to greater clarity, vitality, and ease in daily life.
