Why Choose Me as Your Yoga Teacher
My approach to yoga goes beyond just physical movement. I understand how the body works — how tension builds up after long hours at a desk, and how to safely release it through mindful movement and breath. But I also recognise that our bodies hold emotions, and I guide students in gently releasing stored stress and emotional blockages through their practice.
I meet you where you are, helping you connect with your body as it is today — not as it “should” be. My aim is to make yoga approachable for everyone, supporting you in building strength, awareness, and balance both on and off the mat.
